Event Terms & Conditions

The New Zealand Software Association (“us”, “we”, “our” or “NZSA”) hosts monthly networking events (each an “Event”), details of which can be found here. The following terms and conditions (“Event Terms”) apply when you purchase a ticket for an Event through our website, www.nzsa.org.nz, “Website”). By clicking on the “Accept” button for these Event Terms and purchasing a ticket for an Event you agree to be bound by these Event Terms, which form part of our Website Terms of Use, which can be found here.

Event tickets: Tickets for Events may be purchased through the Event registration process on our Website. Ticket prices are in New Zealand dollars, and will be billed in New Zealand dollars. Once purchased, your ticket(s) will be promptly sent to you by email. Except to the extent required by law, purchased tickets may not be cancelled, returned or refunded.

Privacy policy: Your personal information may be collected and used by us for the purposes of registering you for the Event, delivering your ticket(s) and contacting you, in accordance with our privacy policy which is found here.

Payment options: We accept VISA and Mastercard in our secure online checkout [or you may contact us for details of payment by direct bank transfer].

Security: Online credit card payment for events is handled via DPS. DPS is one of the largest and most reputable online credit card processing companies with bank level security and certification with all of the major banks. The New Zealand Software Association (“NZSA”) never see, access or store credit card information. This is sent directly to the bank.
