The Value of Stakeholders – Alan Brannigan, CEO of Vigil Monitoring

Vigil Monitoring was established in 2012 to address the increased burden on healthcare systems. Working with the global healthcare leader Bupa and Spark Ventures, Vigil Monitoring is developing services to improve health outcomes and reduce health-care costs through digital technologies.
Winners of the Callaghan Innovation Hi-Tech Pre-Commercialisation Company of the Year 2014, Vigil was founded by scientist, inventor and social entrepreneur, Sir Ray Avery and is led by Alan.
Alan is an electronics engineer bitten by the entrepreneurial bug. His first business venture was a Hong Kong based engineering consulting company, which specialised in consumer electronics design. With over 10 years’ experience, Alan has been involved in business development for technology start-ups servicing the multi-national electronic manufacturing industry.

Owen Scott – Managing Director, Concentrate
Owen Scott, Managing Director at Concentrate (marketing consultancy for the technology sector), will speak about the recently released Market Measures report for 2015. The main focus this year is comparing Kiwi sales and marketing activity to that of USA based companies. Owen will present the main points of the survey and implications for Kiwi tech businesses.
